My work out schedule:

Feb 21-27:

  • Sunday – 4 mile run outside (very slow, not feeling well)
  • Monday – 5 mile run outside
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

Feb 14-20:

  • Sunday – 4 mile run
  • Monday 4.2 mile run/walk with mom
  • Tuesday – Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones
  • Wednesday – rest day
  • Thursday – 5 mile run
  • Friday – 3 miles on treadmill + 20 minutes arc trainer
  • Saturday – 5 mile run outside

Feb 7-13:

  • Sunday – 3 mile run + 15 minutes stationary bike
  • Monday -4.2 mile run outside
  • Tuesday – 5 mile run outside
  • Wednesday – 4 mile run on treadmill at 2.0 incline
  • Thursday – 35 minute arc trainer + 15 minute stationary bike
  • Friday – REST
  • Saturday  – 5 mile run

January 31 – Feb 6:

  • Sunday  – Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones
  • Monday – 4 mile run
  • Tuesday – Rest
  • Wednesday – 5 Mile Run
  • Thursday – 4.5 mile run (outside)
  • Friday – 35 minutes on arc trainer
  • Saturday – 4.5 mile treadmill run

January 24-30:

  • Sunday – 4.5 mile run
  • Monday – 30 minutes arc trainer, 15 minutes stationary bike
  • Tuesday – REST day, but 3.5 miles of walking on campus
  • Wednesday – Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones
  • Thursday – 5 mile run
  • Friday – 35 minutes arc trainer
  • Saturday- 4 mile run

January 17-23:

  • Sunday – 4 mile run
  • Monday – rest, packing for school and moving in.
  • Tuesday – rest
  • Wednesday – 4 mile run on treadmill
  • Thursday – 3.3 mile run
  • Friday – 4.5 mile run
  • Saturday – 5 mile run

January 10-16:

  • Sunday – Rest (AZ)
  • Monday – 2.5 mile walk (AZ)
  • Tuesday – 3.75 miles of interval running (AZ)
  • Wednesday –  3 mile hike (AZ)
  • Thursday – 3.7 miles of interval running (AZ)
  • Friday – 4 mile run
  • Saturday – 5.5 mile run

January 3-9:

  • Sunday – 4 miles on treadmill
  • Monday – SKIP — starting off the new year on the right foot, huh?! 🙂 My body hurts….
  • Tuesday – 4 mile run outside
  • Wednesday – 4 mile run outside
  • Thursday – 4 mile slow run outside
  • Friday –  Walk/run intervals on treadmill for a total distance of 4.5 miles
  • Saturday – 35 minutes Arc Trainer and 15 minutes stationary bike

December 27-Jan 2:

  • Sunday – rest but 4 hours of shopping at the mall!
  • Monday – 4 mile run outside (knee pain)
  • Tuesday – 4 mile run on treadmill (knee pain still)
  • Wednesday – 35 minute arc trainer, 10 minute stationary bike
  • Thursday – 3 mile run on treadmill (wasn’t feeling it) and 10 minutes on arctrainer
  • Friday – 4.06 (thank you Garmin!) mile run with my brother
  • Saturday – Rest (snow)

December 20-26:

  • Sunday – Rest (light shoveling)
  • Monday – 4.5 mile run on treadmill with 2.0 incline
  • Tuesday – 3 miles @ 6.7 to 8.0 mph with an incline of 2.0.  1 mile @ 5.4-5.8 mph with an incline of 5.0  Arc trainer for 10 minutes
  • Wednesday – 4 miles @ 6.6 to 8.0 mph with incline of 2.5.
  • Thursday – 4 miles @ 6.5-8.0 mph with incline 2.0.  1 mile @ 6.0-6.4 mph with incline 3.5
  • Friday – 4 mile run OUTSIDE!
  • Saturday – 3 miles at 2.5 incline
